<p>My hope is that, eventually, it’ll be a bunch of community-minded individuals who’ll work together to build out a Mesh communications network in Santa Barbara and the surrounding community, providing an additional line of communications in disaster situations, community organization, and just for fun.</p>

<p>In the meantime, there are a handful of MeshCore users in Santa Barbara, and I’m hoping that this site can serve as a starting point for getting more users on the network, and especially, finding locations for repeaters, which will expand the coverage of the network.</p>
